I had a moment with a friend this week that reminded me just how quickly things can unravel when you’re moving too fast. Your body knows. The universe knows. And sometimes they’ll conspire to sit you all the way down.
So here’s what I want you to do:Take a breath.Check in with yourself.Make a list of what actually has to get done—and what can wait.And please, don’t forget to take care of your body.
