Description

Good morning, Goddesses. I’m in a good mood this morning and just wanted to drop in with a voice note that might meet you wherever you are. I’ve been taking it moment by moment lately—truly.

In this one, I’m talking about what a lot of us experience when we begin to choose ourselves—for real—and what starts to shift when we do. I had this whole moment thinking about how every time we say “yes” to our healing, our joy, our peace, there’s almost always a test. A distraction. A thing or a person that pops up like, “You sure about this, sis?”

So if you’re in a season of letting go, of trying to hold onto your peace in a world that keeps tempting you to abandon yourself—you’ll probably feel this one. We talk about pruning, ugly cry abs (yes, that’s a thing), tantrums, and why it’s okay to feel sad about the shift and still move forward.

Tap in, leave me a comment, and tell me what’s landing. And if you’re not already tuned into the Sunday Soul Sessions or the Midweek Mantras on Substack, go check those out too—they’re little grounding spots for when you’re feeling wobbly.

Share this with someone who’s been in their own pruning season. Somebody who’s asking, “Am I really about this growth life?” Let them know they’re not alone.

xoxo,

Goddess Thea
