Description

This week’s voice note is a reminder that you’re doing so much better than you think you are.

We talked in Sunday Soul Sessions about how strategy isn’t always about what more you can do — sometimes it’s about what you need to stop doing. And one thing we have to stop doing is doubting the beauty of our own natural rhythm.

I’m sharing some reflections on how letting go of “traditional” goal-setting has helped me move with more ease, more impact, and more self-trust. It’s not about racing to keep up with anyone else — it’s about putting your two feet down in front of you, one step at a time.

We’re also getting into why projection shows up loudest when you’re right on the edge of a breakthrough. It’s not a coincidence — it’s confirmation. When your light gets stronger, it stirs things up around you. That doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong. It means you’re shining brighter than you even realize.

This is your permission to move differently. To honor your own timing. To feed your light, not your doubts. And to remember: comparison kills, but authenticity heals.

If you’re feeling it, come listen. Paid subscribers — make sure you’re tapping into the Projected On mini-series too, where we’re getting even deeper into how to stay grounded when the energy around you gets shaky.

You're shining already. Don’t forget it.

xoxo,

Goddess Thea 🖤
