Paul McGregor kindly joined me as part of the Have Courage summit previously with 3 of the key insights that I took away from our conversation being:

- Vulnerability as a strength

- Looking past materialism

- Your definitions of happiness

Bio:

With little warning signs, Paul lost his Dad to suicide in 2009. At just 18, he struggled to deal with it. But a few years later, after battling with depression himself, he finally seeked help and started to answer the question that was dragging him down... "why did he do it?" 10 years later, he shares his story to hopefully inspire others suffering in silence to get the help they deserve.
