Vikrant Karnik - VK is now responsible for the Global Cloud Services business in Genpact. Prior to joining Genpact, he led Capgemini’s Global Digital and Cloud Services business in the Financial Services Strategic Business Unit. He has managed and delivered complex digital transformation, public and hybrid cloud deployments since 2009 when he was involved in the first cloud bursting pilot with Capgemini and AWS.
In our conversation, VK and I talked about his struggles with transition, moments of self doubt, struggles with outcomes that don’t align with his vision and much more.
