1) The great @JimCoventryNFL makes a great point ! I hate when I see Little League Coaches pump up 7 year olds before a game - then show anger issues when the kid drops the ball during the game

Better to have emotional control and teach the kid athletic and emotional skills at same time! Disciple is stable success long term!
