New reports have come out about extreme sadness teen girls are facing due to cyberbullying, harassment and increased violence. As a woman who grew up with poor self esteem due to bullying and emotional violence at home I wanted to share my thoughts on what I think helped me during those traumatic times and what I would tell my younger self if I could.
