In this episode, I talk about how Long Covid affects my mental health and the things that I do to help.
Maisie the dog makes a brief appearance. I found this a difficult episode to record, as I was feeling down at the time and it is a very emotional topic. As always though, I decided to present it 'as is' so that you can at least get a feel of how I have struggled with depression.
