Starting next week (Monday 6th Dec) things will change slightly - the daily episodes will certainly continue but the content will be different.
There will also be 2 postings every day up until the end of term.
* This will be an evening posting that will provide you with an activity sheet that you can use for your class the next day.
* The usual daily timed posting which will contain a mixture of Xmas display ideas, craft examples and also some articles.
So let’s look in a little more detail at the activity sheets - one is shown below.
I have used these very successfully during the last 2 weeks of the Autumn term.
As I have previously said these are used as time fillers when necessary - maybe during registration or for 5 minutes after lunch while you organise something …etc etc you get the idea. I used to photocopy enough (enlarge A4 to A3) for the whole class and put them on tables at the start of the day. A different sheet every day. In photocopying they will of course not be in colour - which is great because when the puzzles have been done then the children can just colour in the sheet.
At the end of the day when the children go home I simply throw away those left on the desks.
From the article every evening you can simply copy the image and then print out at home or school A4 size and then enlarge it on the photocopier at school to A3 size which is the best size to have.
The “normal” episode posts
These will be a mix as previously mentioned and will simply be images of craft ideas, xmas displays and a few articles/ instructions.
They are just to provide you with ideas of what you could possibly be doing or just as a glimpse of what other colleagues have done.
