I really enjoyed this setup considering that I was NOT feeling at my best today!
We think we run out of time but what we really run out of, is capacity.Capacity is energy, focus, and clarity, not just hours in the day.
Most of us confuse exhaustion with productivity when it’s just poor management of self.

Trusting Ourselves
Overcommitting is rarely about ambition, it’s about not trusting ourselves to deliver with focus.
We chase more projects because we don’t believe one move is enough.But mastery is built in depth, not in scattered volume.
The shift is choosing discipline instead of desperation.
I had to learn that when I trust myself, I stop chasing and I start designing.
Study who you are becoming!
