In this session, Kevin leads the Woo-Woo Crew through a guided meditation focusing on the power of appreciation.

Research shows that emotions naturally move through the body in 90 seconds (if we don’t feed them). What’s really cool about this is that we can turn this around… where we can feed emotions that we want to continue feeling.

We play around with this concept during this meditation session.

Here, Kevin guides the crew through an exercise of focusing on the feeling of appreciation. We take time to observe what in life we are appreciative of and how soaking in this feeling can lead to deeper joy in the moment.
