Description

In this guided meditation with the Woo-Woo Crew, I lead the posse through breathing and mental relaxation exercises centered around focusing on the present moment.

Then, after deep relaxation, I teach how having something to look forward to can be a useful tool for working through stuck emotions, especially emotions that are a bit more intense.

When we have things to look forward to, such as what we’re eating for dinner tonight or our friend we’re going to see next week, we can tap into the excitement of those things, even if they aren’t here now.

This helps to remind ourselves that while it might be emotionally raining in the present moment, there’s sunshine up ahead, thus helping ourselves to pull through difficult emotions that we might be currently experiencing.
