Description

My reading of the first half of Chapter 3, in which John Stuart Mill describes the end of his education with his father and the beginning of his “self-education”. I particularly liked how he described writing abstracts as an exercise in “compelling precision” and also how he benefitted from pushing himself a bit beyond his capacity.
