From the beginning of our nation here in the United States, from the writing of the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution to that of today when a modern-day Hitler took power. I speak of our freedoms, rights, and happiness have taken a downfall. Little is left of the democracy we had celebrated for over 2 1/2 centuries. I describe how quickly democracy can be taken away when fascism seeks to take its place.
