✨ Step outside and put your bare feet on the earth.

✨ Listen to a song that soothes you.

✨ Place a hand on your heart and say, “I am safe in this moment.”

Affirmation: I create calm within. My nervous system is steady, my mind is clear, and my spirit is at ease.
