Got a few more of these in the can to share over the next few weeks. And yes, I know some of you think we should be more prepared, researched, professional even, but the whole point for me is to go in blind so that you hear our initial thoughts as we read the letters. Just like when I’m being a therapist, sometimes I change my mind on reflection later, but - it’s real.
