In my sermon from the Torah portion Shemini, I discuss the mysterious deaths of Nadav and Avihu (Lev. 10:1-3). The enigmatic story reminds us that the moral complexity of powerful stories helps us refine our moral sensibilities and find moral clarity when confronting injustice in our world.
