Episode 9 - ‘MO MANZO, ‘MO PROBLEMS!
Carla watched her first episode of Jersey – Season 3, Episode 1 – “In the Name of the Father” and she’d love to “Fuggedaboudit!”. These ladies (and men) were a bit too toxic! The fight at the Christening was straight out of a Scorsese film. Also, why are Teresa & Melissa so mad at each other?!
Unpopular opinion -- our favorites just might be Kathy and Richie Wakile. And Carla did love those Manzo brothers. Carla and Robyn also discuss Adriana DeMoura’s FYAH video, the Ashville Improv festival, and the recent one-act play Carla wrote & directed.

Carla went to the Asheville Improv Festival and had a BLAST!
This was an extra special festival because it had been postponed due to the devastating flooding in the area last fall. So it was joyous to be back celebrating improv, especially because Carla got to see our dear friend @gillianbellinger who moved to Asheville recently. If you’re in the area, check out her theatre Misfit AVL
And if you’re in Los Angeles (or anywhere in the country cause they’re constantly touring!) check out Carla and her husband in their show Orange Tuxedo. They are freaking HILARIOUS.
In other news, Robyn had the chance to see a short play Carla wrote and directed called “Musings” at Write Act Repertory which is a really cool theatre, constantly putting up new works.
We also discussed how Adriana DeMoura’s video, FYAH had Janet Jackson “Escapade” vibes.
