Description

We are all familiar with scrolling, more notably doom-scrolling, but have you ever heard of dopamine scrolling? Today, Paige shares excerpts from an article from University of Chichester and interviews with social psychologist Jonathan Haidt about the role of dopamine in scrolling. While the information is a bit concerning at first, there is hope to change these habits. The docs meander their way through a discussion about neurotransmitters, their own scrolling habits and even challenge each other to reduce scrolling and report back.
