THE ACT OF THE KISS OF DEATH: The double-edged sword of revealing betrayal through the act of intimacy, the kiss, leaves them with the reality that one of their own has been sold to the enemy. Typically, death follows for the betrayer and the victim. Speaking from an eternal perspective, betrayal commits a greater sin – that of stealing from God’s prerogative of leaving room for the wrath of God.
