Gifted or not, leaders desiring quality leadership skills need to work at being equipped in those skills. Those of us who have been in leadership for years, know if you use each skill imparted to you, we become a real asset to the leadership we serve & their workers. Through the empowerment of Christ in each leader, they can accomplish any skill put before them.
