Description

Einstein wrote that “The most incomprehensible thing about the world is that it is comprehensible.” Wigner wrote about the “unreasonable effectiveness of mathematics” in the physical sciences.

There is an unstated assumption on which the scientific method is founded. But it’s not a necessary truth. It’s not a logical condition of existence. It is a scientific hypothesis that can be tested. Actually, it has been tested…and the results…?
