In this episode of the Crossroads Podcast I talk about the various ways in which pharmaceutical companies and supposedly philanthropic institutions like the Wellcome Trust and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation stand to benefit from the current pandemic response; their excessive influence on global health and on the WHO; the role of the media; and how this all fits together in the current scenario. I also draw parallels between the current pandemic response and what happened in 2009 with the Swine Flu. Enjoy!
