When it comes to my goals and ambitions, I tend to go hard. Always going, going, going. I recently started therapy to process some things that I felt were keeping me from seeing the progress I want in my life and even as a coach. BEST CHOICE EVER. But, what I didn't expect is to find myself "uncommitting" to some things that are very important to me in the process. No, not forever, but for as long as that seemed like the right thing to do. Today's episode is all about doing what you need to take care of yourself and trusting that if that means pressing pause - you'll have what it takes to start again when you're ready.
