Friday the 13th through Wednesday the 18th we are in the Days of Feelings & Desires. Desires are endless. Fulfilling them never brings lasting peace. Our desire is meant to move us into evolution, but it also forms the basis of our longing for Divine Union. This comes by feeling our feelings. Feelings come in waves. We are not driven by them when we let them pass through us without reaction. We learn to mindfully pause when feelings arise so we can feel them fully, and relate to them clearly. We experience impermanence and gain Lightness through this work of feeling deeply. We see energy come and go and begin to take deeper pleasure in being alive. Feeling intensely is the basis of our human experience. In this gift of Lightness we can experience our bhakti & shakti together as Rapture. Listen for meditations and more.
