Alana was part of the team before the firm even had its current name — when Charles International Law was still an idea in motion. Since then, she’s gone on to achieve remarkable things: earning her law degree, passing the bar, and continuing a career defined by courage and service.
Before becoming a lawyer, Alana worked as a commercial hardhat diver, taking on tough industrial and offshore work that required real grit and focus. And when Russia invaded Ukraine, she dropped everything to volunteer on the ground, personally helping run food convoys into Kharkiv to deliver aid to civilians under fire.
Now, she’s back — leading Charles International Law’s expanding operations in Chicago, Indianapolis, and Detroit.
