The Lawsuit was dropped
As of the other day the Macrons have decided to drop the defamation suit against Candace Owens in an apparent realization that they have no real case aka Brigitte is am old Dude and the discovery process would have been rather embarrassing.
If the lawsuit was dropped then we have to assume that the allegations are in fact true and Brigitte was born a Dude and is therefore technically still a Dude unless the qualifying members have been snipped off. Guessing the Macrons did not want to present any credible evidence in the case and are hoping the Trumpstein story will take away attention from this other pedo related scandal.
