Democrats say no deal without healthcare protections.What to know: Republicans are calling Democrats the obstructionists, while Democrats point to Trump’s own Medicaid cuts and mass firing threats. Reports say White House officials literally told Democrats “Go f**k yourself.”My take: This isn’t negotiation—it’s sabotage. Healthcare is lost in policy fights. And the fact that profanity is the official response tells you everything about how far gone the system is.
