The firefighter, a U.S. resident since age four, has a pending U-visa after helping federal investigators solve a crime against his family. His arrest is considered illegal under DHS policies that bar enforcement during emergency responses.What to know:He is one of two firefighters detained this week while working the Bear Gulch fire, which has burned roughly 14 square miles and is only 13% contained.
