Anya in ‘quantum conversation’ with co-host Ruth Hadikin, explores what it means to awaken. Anya is joined by live callers Patti, Karen and Toni.
Patti has experienced a lot of loss lately and has moved 9 times. She wants to move forward. Anya guides her through releasing familial expectations and limiting beliefs to the point where she can recognize, realize, and claim for herself the truth of “I am free.”
Karen wants support in staying more connected in social situations, especially with family. Anya guides her back to remembering the feeling of connection. We can hear the change in the tone of Karen’s voice. Karen also realizes how much she hides her light to stay connected to others.
Toni has had some awakening experiences but is aware of being in her head too much, trying to control the experience rather than letting it unfold. On realizing why her ‘blind spot’ is keeping her in her story, she exclaims '“Oh that’s a good one, you’re good!” She realized how the blind spot is a story she made up to avoid what scares her.
