Lesson 1.

Even though some games go into extra innings, and some are called early because of weather – the game always ends.

Some people live a long life – while others have their life cut short by unexpected circumstances, but everyone’s life on this earth eventually ends (Hebrews 9:27-28; 2 Corinthians 5:10).

Lesson 2.

In baseball, there is always a winning team and a losing team.

The Bible says that Jesus Christ and those who are His will have the victory in the end (1 Corinthians 15:51-57).

Lesson 3.

Every player on a baseball team has a role to play – no one can do it by themselves.

Every Christian is a vital member of the Lord’s body and has an important role in the local congregation (1 Corinthians 12:12-27; Ephesians 4:11-16).
