The Bloxham Sustainability Challenge (BSC) began as a classroom project at Bloxham School in Oxfordshire in 2023 and has evolved into a much wider educational initiative, through which schools can meet policy goals while equipping students with the skills, values and experiences needed for a sustainable future. The BSC for 2025 has over 30 participating schools from across the UK participating.
In this Third Thursday episode of The Green Edge Podcast, we talk to BSC’s co-creators, Dr Claire Evans of Bloxham School and Joanna Middleton of the land and environment consultancy firm Dalcour Maclaren about the Challenge, and we hear from two students who completed the BSC in 2023 and 2024 about their experiences.
