Thank you for all the kind support for my first sleep meditation last week.

It gave me momentum to make this second one.

These have been so much fun to make so far.

I tried the first one out last week and it totally knocked me out.

I was very surprised actually. Normally I would be analyzing and criticizing my own performance, and I started by doing that, but then at some point I passed out.

Sleep meditations are unique because they are the only thing I can think of, where your goal is for people to fall asleep and not remember what you said.
