I really enjoyed doing this meditation. I know I’m a bit bias, but the truth is I don’t always enjoy doing every meditation I create.
Some are very fun to create, but are not as enjoyable to partake in.
This one felt like medicine for my soul to listen to.
The message I received at the end was exactly what I needed.
