This concept makes it easier to compare startup societies focused on the same moral innovation, similar to how tech startups focus on one specific tech innovation.
"The One Commandment" is the first stage in building a network state, which can eventually progress to network unions and network archipelagos, that could achieve some level of diplomatic recognition.
