As a former college basketball player for the University of Maryland, Jason quickly learned the vital role of proper nutrition.  After college he went on to launch Under Armour’s first ever basketball footwear business, received an MBA from UNC and spent 9 years at Coca-Cola in brand management across iconic brands such as Coke Zero, Coke, POWERADE and vitaminwater.

In this episode, Jason joins Sarah to discuss the work that he did throughout the pre-launch process. They both share the biggest lessons they have learned around planning and forecasting so that you can enter a launch with confidence.
