Beyond prayer. Beyond pretending it’s not happening. Beyond just quietly whispering about it behind closed doors. What can we do to be better prepared to engage culturally to an onslaught of wickedness that seems to be at hand?
These are just my ramblings tonight. I’ve been having more of these conversations recently and one thing seems to be quite evident; the average Believer was not ready for what has been happening the last few years.
If you feel that way, you are not alone. None of us seemed to have enough foresight to understand just how many places America would shift and just how quickly it would take place. Let’s start to have this discussion and maybe put together a more clear understanding in our own lives for what comes next.
A few ideas I don’t discuss in the podcast, but I find to be good ones:
-Start more homeschool coops. Churches start more schools
-Help the helpers and the righteous to stand. Don’t shrink away from supporting what you believe in and pulling out of what you don’t. Financial decisions are moral decisions as well. Put your money where your mouth is, eh?
-Build community with strong Believers who will help you stand for righteousness and provide options when life is changing too quickly.
