The sixth-seeded Irish face third-seeded Ohio State at 4 p.m. Eastern this afternoon in the NCAA Tournament’s second round in Columbus. Notre Dame advance with an opening round win over Fairfield, paced by All-American guard Hannah Hidalgo, while Ohio State advanced with a win over Howard. Notre Dame leads the all-time series 4–1 against the Buckeyes, with the winner earning a sport in the Sweet 16 next week in Ft. Worth. Len Clark, Network Indiana.
