Defense led the way as Notre Dame turned pressure into points in their win over North Carolina. Len Clark has more.

Notre Dame rolled past North Carolina 73–50, forcing 22 turnovers and turning them into 26 points. A 22–5 third quarter blew the game open, as the Irish led for nearly 37 minutes. Hannah Hidalgo scored 31 points, adding eight rebounds and six assists while Cassandre Prosper chipped in 17 points and 14 boards as the Irish are now 12-4 and 4-2 in ACC play.
