The NCAA transfer portal is officially open through January sixteenth for FBS and FCS players. Notre Dame is already seeing movement. Defensive end Joshua Burnham is headed to Indiana, and quarterback Kenny Minchey is transferring to Nebraska in search of more playing time. The Irish are also working the other side of the portal, hosting visitors and looking to strengthen key positions, especially on the defensive interior, before the window closes.
