Notre Dame faces one of college football’s most explosive offenses Saturday night when USC comes to town. Len Clark has more.

The Trojans average more than 550 yards of offense and 45 points per game, powered by quarterback Jayden Maiava’s 73-percent passing accuracy and a ground attack gaining over six yards a carry. For the Irish, the keys are pressure and possession — collapsing the pocket to disrupt Maiava’s rhythm, and to control the tempo with sustained drives to keep USC’s offense off the field. It’s a battle of balance versus burst — Notre Dame and USC, Saturday night at Notre Dame Stadium. LEN CLARK, Network Indiana.
