Markus Burton missed a shot at the buzzer as Notre Dame fell to Ohio State 64–63 . The Irish went scoreless over the final two minutes of the game, allowing the Buckeyes to rally. Notre Dame shot 51 percent, dominated the paint 38 to 16, and outbound the Buckeyes, but missed free throws proved costly. Ohio State’s Bruce Thornton led all scorers with 24 points, while Markus Burton paced the Irish with 14. Notre Dame is now 3-1 and will host Bellarmine Wednesday. Len Clark, Network Indiana.
