Notre Dame heads to North Carolina this Saturday unbeaten at 4-0. Len Clark has more.
The third-ranked Irish have won 14 straight games by double digits — the longest active streak in the FBS and the longest in Notre Dame history. The reason? Opponents haven’t been able to establish the run. Notre Dame’s defense has held five straight teams below 100 rushing yards. The Tar Heels come into the game averaging 155 yards a game rushing and had an extra week to prepare for the Fighting Irish. Kickoff time Saturday Noon ET. Len Clark, Network Indiana.
