Notre Dame head coach Marcus Freeman says leadership will set the tone for the 2025 season. The Irish named six captains, and freshman quarterback CJ Carr has been chosen to lead the offense. Freeman says Carr and Kenny Minchey both improved in fall camp, but Carr gets the nod as starter against Miami.
