The Irish women’s basketball team rolled past Wake Forest Thursday night. Len Clark reports.

Notre Dame forced 21 turnovers and turned them into 23 points, cruising to a 78–54 win over Wake Forest Thursday night. The Irish led from the opening minutes, using defensive pressure to fuel transition scoring and build a 27-point second-half lead. Hannah Hidalgo paced Notre Dame with 26 points as the Irish controlled tempo and possession throughout. Notre Dame improves to 17-9 overall and 9-6 in conference play. They travel to SMU on Sunday.
