When Gary first approached me about doing a podcast episode, it was the word mumuration that clicked. Mumuration has long been a vision for my work in organizational and personal ability and agility to work with what shows up in personal and organizational transformation.
Life is moving faster than what was predictable in past generations. Conflict comes when expectations are not meeting reality. My intent in the conversation with Gary was to provide a way to gain your bearings and not assume that what isn’t working reveals a flaw in you, your actions or thinking.
