Do you ever find yourself overwhelmed by a slew of emotions? Maybe you feel like you don’t have time to sort through them all or you just don’t want to. Sometimes we tend to stuff down our emotions, but it is so important to wrestle them out of ourselves. It’s healthy to work through all that we are feeling and talk it out with God and maybe a trusted friend. Because when we don’t deal with those things, they often come out sideways and are expressed in unhealthy ways.
