When you've got your printer right next to where you sleep, ventilation is probably worth it. My one fan setup just wasn't cutting it for these long prints. This is half of the mirrored fixture. The full design was too big for my printer so I'll be bonding the two together with acetone. This is also my first print using PEI as a print surface! I was running into issues with warpage and the blue painter's tape just wasn't holding the ABS down anymore. I've noticed my warpage has gotten worse since the weathers gotten colder. But PEI is REALLY nice and did a great job holding this large part down. And the surface finish on that build surface? BEAUTIFUL! Material: Neon Green ABS Infill: 15% (rectalinear) Layer Height: 0.35 Print time: 15.5 hours
