Biography
Souivon Hollins is an Independent Google Solutions Advisor, Fractional COO, and engineer by training and the founder of The Pivot Pursuit, a publication for professionals, business owners, and independent practitioners navigating a fast-changing economy.
Having weathered five career pivots, three layoffs, and three businesses built from scratch, Souivon specializes in finding the invisible friction in a business and building the systems to remove it: Google solutions consulting, positioning strategy, and practical AI workflows. The throughline of the work is simple: clean systems, a credible presence, and a real strategy instead of “a portfolio and a prayer.”
