Honey LaBronx stars in her own YouTube cooking series, “The Vegan Drag Queen,” and hosts a podcast called “Big Fat Vegan Radio." She (used to) travel the world with her one-woman fundraising drag show, and so far Honey has performed 111 shows in 5 countries (in 73 cities), benefitting 148 different organizations and raising $44,041 for local LGBTQ and Animal organizations along the way. Honey is committed to bringing discussions about animal rights, race, and pro-intersectional social justice to new audiences. In 2011, Honey was one of 8 activists arrested for blocking New York City traffic while demonstrating for marriage equality. When not a drag queen, Honey’s Facebook page says she’s in a complicated relationship with Ben Strothmann who is an actor, singer, playwright, and theatrical photographer, originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
